Directing

I love making movies. Ever since I was six years old and my family let me pick up the video camera, I have been making short films. The process of collaboration and creative problem solving to overcome limitations is something I cherish. This passion took me to Emerson College, where I graduated with a BFA in film production. While I often jump into the horror pool, I've created stories in the comedy, romance, and music genre as well. My shorts have appeared in festivals from Los Angeles to New England, and have included most recently Salem Horror Fest and the New Hampshire Film Festival. Below is a selection of some of my recent efforts.

    Haikus by M. Night Shyamalan

No longer allowed to write movies, M. Night Shyamalan has turned to writing haiku poetry to express his creative energy. He would like to share some with you now.

  • RING (Horror Micro-Short)

    RING (Horror Micro-Short)

Your phone buzzes in the middle of the night, a motion alert from your Ring camera. It's probably nothing...right? Smalltown Pictures presents a micro short based on the worst case scenario: turning on your porch cam, and finding someone sinister staring back.
